Experience
Ms. Rusnak-Carlson has served as General Counsel of the Company since September 2025. Ms. Rusnak-Carlson was previously the General Counsel for First Eagle Alternative Credit, the successor to THL Credit. Prior thereto, she was a Partner in the Private Credit Group at Proskauer Rose LLP.
Education
She received her B.S. from Georgetown University and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
