Experience
Mr. Goldman is the Chief Compliance Officer for Bain Capital Specialty Finance. He joined Bain Capital Credit in 2014 and is a Senior Counsel and Vice President in compliance responsible for providing compliance support to Bain Capital Credit. Previously, Mr. Goldman served as Senior Counsel in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement and as an attorney at the law firm of WilmerHale.
Education
Mr. Goldman received a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from Harvard University.
